MEET THE TEAM

Our team are qualified in childcare, forest schools, all are first aid trained and we have SEN specialists too.

All members of our team are friendly, helpful and have great qualities to ensure they can offer amazing care for your child. They are all dedicated to providing the best environment they can for you child to learn and grow, and they are all more than happy to chat to parent about any queries they might have.

Below are our manager and room leaders qualifications and backgrounds.

NICOLE SCHNEIDER

Owner & Manager – Designated Safeguarding Lead – Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Originally from Austria, Nicole has lived in the UK for over 20 years. A former childminder, she has a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.

Nicole is so passionate about childcare and has always ensured she offers the safest and healthiest space for your child.

As well as managing Anker Bridge, Nicole runs the before and after school club at Twycross House School.

Gordana Haddon

Deputy Manager & Baby Room Leader – Early Year Teacher Level 6.

Born in Serbia, Gordana has lived in the UK for almost 15 years. While in Serbia she taught English for 10years to adults and students, but when she came to the UK she started her early years career at Northampton University.

Gordana is a trained Level 3 Forest Schools Leader and loves encouraging the children to enjoy the outdoors.

Lisa Lawrence

Pre-School Room Leader – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and Safe Guarding Lead.

Lisa has worked within childcare settings for over 10 years.

She and her team work hard to ensure all of the Pre-Schoolers are offered a fun and educational experience while at Anker Bridge Nursery .
